U.S. Deliveries (Domestic)


  • Except for legal holidays, most U.S. domestic orders are processed within one business day from the date the order is received.

  • Non-FedEx domestic orders received on Fridays after 10 A.M. Pacific Time are usually processed the following Monday, if not a legal holiday.

  • Please note that Wedding Music Central ships from California. Although most 1st Class Mail takes about a week, we advise allowing 10-14 business days for coast-to-coast delivery.

  • Only FedEx delivery is guaranteed to be delivered on a certain date. See Fed-Ex Shipping Options

  • Shipping time estimates for U.S. Postal Service shipping methods are provided as a guide to the customer.  This does not guarantee delivery within the approximated timeframe.

  • Orders over $100 will receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping in the U.S.

  • If you would like your order of $100 to be sent via FedEx Overnight or 2-Day, please contact customer service for a discounted FedEx shipping rate.

Domestic FedEx Shipping Options & Rates:


  • Fed-Ex does NOT deliver to P.O Boxes.

  • IMPORTANT! FedEx orders must be accompanied by a correct telephone number to insure prompt and accurate service.

  • FedEx Overnight orders received on Fridays before 3 P.M. Eastern Time (12 Noon Pacific Time) will be delivered on the following Monday (the next business day). If the following Monday is a legal holiday, please contact customer service to check if FedEx operates that day.

  • FedEx Overnight orders received on Fridays after 3 P.M. Eastern Time (12 Noon Pacific Time) will be processed on Monday (if not a legal holiday) and delivered the next business day.

  • Saturday FedEx delivery costs approximately $15 - $20 in addition to the Standard Overnight rates listed below and is not available in all areas. Please contact customer service to inquire about Priority Overnight or Saturday Delivery.

  • Please note: FedEx adds special surcharges for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for a quote.

International Deliveries


  • International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail

  • While orders usually only take about a week to arrive, please allow at least 2 - 3 weeks for delivery to account for delays caused by customs.

  • Global Priority does not provide tracking or a guaranteed delivery date. For International Express with Guaranteed Delivery, please contact customer service for special assistance.

  • If your order includes personalized CDs it will be shipped within 2 business days to allow for personalization.

  • If you would like to have non-personalized items sent sooner, please complete a separate order so that you can select the desired shipping option for those items.

  • If you would like your order containing personalized CDs to be shipping via FedEx Overnight or 2-Day, please contact customer service to discuss shipping rates and delivery timeframes.

Privacy Notice:  At Wedding Music Central, we know that you care how information about you is used and shared. We appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security as it relates to your personal information. This notice describes our privacy policy.

Does Wedding Music Central Share the Information It Receives?

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us for purchasing of our products or services. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.  Again, we never save your complete credit card number.

You May Receive e mail Offers From Our Wedding Partners

Occasionally, we find great 'deals' and offers from other reputable companies and wedding vendors.   In this day of social networking, we believe in sharing such information on a limited basis, perhaps through e mail addresses or our newsletter. Is there a couple who wouldn't be interested in a very special discount from Bed Bath & Beyond, for example?  But we do promise you that you'll never receive emails from us or the few companies we partner with without your permission.

Wedding Music Central gives you access to a broad range of information about your account and your interactions with us for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information.

Returns & Replacements

OUR POLICY  Customer satisfaction in all areas is our goal.  We will gladly refund all non-personalized items for any reason - no questions asked, less our shipping cost.  Please note that for shrink wrapped CDs that have been opened, we also deduct a 10% re-stocking fee.      
Personalized CDs    
For obvious reasons, personalized products cannot be returned.  However, if  we've made a mistake, we will replace it immediately.  If the mistake is not ours, we will replace the product (s) with the correct information for a minimal fee and our shipping costs.
