Mother’s Day – A Day for Gratitude

Can we ever really have enough gratitude for our mothers? Let’s face it, it takes years to be grateful for some of the lessons in our life. Like the times we were grounded, or deprived of TV or not allowed to go to a sleep-over and it felt like the end of the world.

One way or the other, our mothers helped us to grow and change and mature and discover what we want out of life. And sometimes, even though we may not always realize it, they teach us how to find it.

So on Mother’s Day, no matter where we are in life, looking for love, in love, about to be married, or soon to be celebrating a wedding anniversary, or your baby’s first year, first tooth, your own child’s graduation, let’s consider ourselves blessed to have a mother to celebrate on Mothers day.

How to Show your Gratitude on Mother’s Day

Aside from the usual gift ideas, there are many clever ways to be a little different. For the unexpected, you can send an animated e-card from www.Rubberchicken.com. One of our favorites is ‘the Psychic’, a character that will wish your mom a Happy Mother’s Day in a way you’ll…well, check it our for yourself!

Or, you can show your gratitude and love by sending your mother a song. There’s nothing like words and music to say the things we often find hard to express or say in person. Whatever you do for your mom on her special day, we wish you all many years of love and appreciation for each other. Happy Mother’s Day!
